Step 1: Create a lightning Component and made it available for flow screens.

Step 2: Create flow as per below screenshot.

Screen#1 Greeting and Name are two input text boxes.
Assign the input values from flow text boxes to local variables
Screen#2 Add Lightning component and assign component attributes with flow local variables.
