This is one of the best & very useful feature for sharing records in the community.

What is a sharing set?

  • Sharing set is the feature for Salesforce Community only.
  • A sharing set feature enables community users to access records that are related to their accounts or contacts based on their user profiles.
  • Available in Salesforce Classic and ⚡Lightning Experience.
  • Available Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions based on provisioned licenses for the Salesforce Org.
